p 1 ,, -Residents atJudah Honor4NewlywedsA very enjoyable evening was spent recently at Smoky School, Judah, when residents of the district and friends from Peace .Eiver, gathered to honor newly weds Mr. and Mrs. Ernest T. Ferguson.Ernest is the only surviving son of Mrs. M. Ferguson, Calgary, and of the late A. G. Ferguson of Judah and Peace River. His bride, Miss Herdis Margaret Larsen, is a native of Nova Scotia.The wedding took place in St. Cyprian's Church, Calgary, in the presence of the groom's mother and a few close friends.Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the home of the groom's sister, Miss Mary Ferguson. The couple are tomake their home on the farm at Judah.They were the recipients of alarge number of beautiful gifts, and everyone present at the shower joined in wishing them many years of happiness.
