6 Times-Bulletin, Van Wert, Ohio, Thursday, June 16, 1955Miss Beverly Jean Kesler And Thomas Hugh Ainsworth Marry in Church of ChristsMiss Beverly Jean Kesler became the bride of Thomas Hugh Ainsworth in a church wedding Sunday, June 5. at 2:30 p. m. in the First church of Christ. Rev Warren Andrews performed the double ring Service, after a musi-cale by Mrs. Helen Clark, organist, j and by the bride's brother, William Kesler, vocalist.The bride is a daughter of Mr. j and Mrs. William Kesler of 716 Prospect Avenue, and the bride-1 groom’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. I Hugh Ainsworth of Ohio City.Mrs. Clark’s musicale included : ‘ Entrancing Dream.'’ ‘Romance.’’ 1 “Melody of Love.” ‘‘Sweetest Story Ever Told” and “Through the Years. Sr. She left by plane for Forida Sunday.Miss Patty Acheson of Venice, Fla., daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Acheson, former residents of George Street, is here to visit for a week with relatives and friends. She is a guest in the home of her grandmother, Mrs. Bert Cully of South Chestnut Street. She will leave Sunday for Chicago where she will study at the Butler School of Music.erChurch decorations were beauty vases of pink gladioli, and candelabra with pink candles, and de corated with huckleberry foliage and pink and yellow ribbon.The bride was given in mar riagc by her father Her wedding gown was of Chantilly lace and nylon tulle styled with a fitted strapless bodice of the laee. with tulle trim, and with a brief lace jacket. The very full net skirt over taffeta was beautified with lace, and was floor length. A heart-shaped locked she wore was a gift from the bridegroom. She carried a white hybrid orchid and a white prayer book with streamers of white ribbon tied in lover’s knots Her veil of illusion was attached to an iridescent tiara.Miss Barbara Joan Kesler was her sister’s maid of honor wear ing a dress of pink nylon over taffeta, ballerina length, and with short puffed sleeves, and a sweetheart neckline. She carried a colonial bouquet of pink briarcliff roses tied with yellow ribbon.Jack Tribolet of Ohio City, was the best man. and ushers were Charles Rice and Lee Panzeler of Ohio City. Their boutonnieres were white carnations.The bride’s mother wore a pink dress with blue accessories, and \ the bridegroom’s mother a green i dress with white accessories Their j corsages were cymbidium orchids j tied with rainbow color ribbon.The reception was held in the1 church social room where the refreshment table was centered with a four-tiered wedding cake and j with huckleberry foliage. Serving i the guests were Marjory Louth. He is an employe of the West Ohio Gas Company They are making their home in Ohio City.Misses Marcia Scheidt and Ruth Rice are at Bowling Green this w'eek spending time in the journalism department at Bowling Green State University studying annual and newspaper publication.
