W. A. Lillycrop, rector, officiated in the presence of the immediate families and friends.White flowers and burning tapers adqrned the altar before •,vbicb the nuptial vows were taken. The bride, who was unattended, was given in marriage by her uncle. Mr. Strong.The bride, a striking brunette, was gowned in a white bouclet two piece suit. Her blouse, fashioned with shost sleeves, was touched with color at the waist with an ?qua trimmed belt. She tvore a chic sailor hat of aqua and a shoulder corsage of pink roses andfcabysbreath. . |Mr. ana Mrs. Redd , left immedi- | ately after the ceremony for a short rtedding trip and upon their return~to this city will make their home at 440 West Eighth street.Mrs. Redd is a native of New Vork city but has made her hprne in Sarasota for the past seven years. She is a graduate of Sarasota high school.Mr. Re$d, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Franlin Redd, sr., and a native Sarasotan, also is a graduate of the local high school.
