Darleen Garrett was the flower girl.The bride was beautiful in a dress of white satin with a veil. She carried a shower bouqut of roses. The bridesmaid was attired in pink dress.Immediately following the ceremony a delicious three course luncheon was serveu the guests, the waitresses being Misses Opal Stine, Marie Mudd, Martha Davis, Jean McElhin-ney, Alice Wax and Mrs. Mildred Stine.Mrs. Mudd is a very popular young lady of this community and has a large circle of riends here. She is a graduate of the Stronghurst high school. Mr. Mudd is a son of Mr. and Mrs. B. L. Mudd of this place an also is a graduate of the local high school. He was in service for several months, but saw no service overseas, being stationed at Camp Dodge.The happy couple left last night on a wedding trip, the destination of which has been kept a secret. Upon their return, they will be at home to their many friends in Stronghurst where the groom is employed in the Farmers’ Co-operative store. The many friends of the couple will unite in wishing them much happiness throughout married life.
