N. Flanagan, Stonewall, and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. V. E. Black, 916 South Johnston.Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a lovely two-piece white silk shantung ensemble, trimmed in navy linen with navy accessories. She carried a bridal bouquet of white orchids and steph-honatis.Rev. Tom Parrish, pastor of the Ahloso Baptist Church, read the marriage vows.Mrs. Virginia Black, the groom’s sister-in-law, was matron of honor. She chose a pink linen dress with navy accessories. Her flowers were white carnations.Candlelighters were Betty Boone and Mary Jane Boswell. The tw'o girls wore dresses of yellow sha-down print organdy and wore wristlets of yellow carnations.Wayne Black, the groom’s brother. acted as best man.
