1Miss Bennette Shelton Becomes Bride Of Bobby Cippele Of White OakiIn a candlelight ceremony at 5 p. m. last Friday at the First Baptist church, Miss Benette Shelton and Bobby Jean Cippele exchanged wedding vows.Dr. H. C. Bennett, pastor of the church, officiated at the double-ring ceremony.Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Ben E. Shelton, 504 Hunter street, Kilgore, and Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Cippele, Longview.Mrs. J. S. Beville presented the traditional wedding music, and accompanied Miss Sarah Kay who sang “Because” and “One Alone.”The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, wore a ballerina length dress of white silkorgandy over taffeta with a small jacket of embroidered organdy. Her small Juliet cap of white lace was trimmed with lilies-of-the-valley and she wore a fingertip veil of white illusion. She carried a white satin-covered Bible with gardenias and white tube roses on streamers.Miss Mary Janis Shelton, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. She wore a pale pink dress. Bridesmaids were Misses Sue Sat-cher, Lanella Spinks and Mildred Brady. Miss Satcher wore an off-shoulder gown of pale aqua net over taffeta in ballerina length. She wore a tiny cap of net and lilies-of-thc-valley a n d ny 1 o n mitts. Miss Spinks wore orchidand Miss uracry wore pale green.The bride’s Bible was an heirloom, belonging to her great-great-grandmothc • her “something blue” was a butterfly wing necklace her mother wore in her own wedding; her “borrowed” item was a bridal garter belonging to a friend; and her “new” item was her dress.Attending the groom as best man was Bernie Leftwich. Ushers were Johnny Mack Shelton andBenjy Shelton, brothers of the bride, and Bernard Athcy.The bride’s mother wore a navy lace dress with navy shoes and bag, pink gloves, pink picture hat and pink corsage.The church was decorated with baskets of white gladioli and two candelabra holding white candles, with white gladioli in the baptistry.A reception was held immediately after the ceremony in thechurch dining room. In the receiving line were Mrs. Shelton, the bridal couple, the maid of honor and bridesmaids.In the house par4y were MissesAnne Davidson, Barbara Toler, Pattie Biz7,cll, Mesdames John Brady, E. D. Satcher, Leon Whaley, C. W. Waldo and Bernie Leftwich.The bridal table was covered with a hand-painted linen cloth. The wedding cake, surrounded by greenery, was placed at one end of the table with the crystal punchbowl at the other end.The register table was laid with a Madeira cloth and centered with a crystal bud vase holding a tel flower arrangement.The bride wore a navyshantung suit with white accessories and a gardenia corsage for travel. The couple will be at home at 2151 2 W. Whaley, Longview.Mrs. Cippele was graduatedpus-silkfilm. Kilgore High School and attended Kilgore College. Mr. Cip-p Sic is a White Oak High school gcaduate and attended KilgoreCollege. He is employed by hisfaJther, A. J.
