Horton and Belt to marryMelissa Horton and Brian Belt will be united in marriage on Saturday, June 22, at 2 p.m. at Liberty Baptist Church, Route 2, Harrisburg. Melissa is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Horton. Brian is the son of Mrs. Karen Joyner and Mr. Gary Belt. A reception at the church will follow the ceremony.
