Oliver Say.'ur joined Inijthe holy bonds of matrimony, David Clinton Walker and Clara Belle Freeborn.The house was beautifully decorated with evergreens. The main eplor scheme was white and pink.The groom entered the room with Geo *1. Barnett, the best man, and waited unde' a lovers knot of white satin, while*the bride entered on th* arm of her father, J. L. Freeborn, preceded by little Misses Virginia Dievers and Maxine McNeil as flower girls, and Helen Dug man bearing a dainty satin pillow, upon which rested the tiny gold band that joined two lives. Miss Nana Gaultny attended the bride as maid of honor.«The bride was daintily attired in a gown of white ombroidcried net over white charmouse, while the groom wore the conventional black. The bride carried a bouquet of pink fuschians and ferns. The maid ofhonor was gowned in pink and earried a bouquet of white roses. ,After the ceremony was performedand congratulations extended the happy young couple, the doors of the daintily decorated dining room were opened to the guest and all enjoyed a sumptuous banquet. The bride and groom stole away with Mr.. Barnett to San Luis Obispo, before the guests had departed, to escape a crowd of the young people who had planned some jokes on them.They returned next morning and enjoyed a lovely dinner given by the groom’s mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. G. G, Walker. Only the immediate families were present.Mrs. Walker is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. L, Freeborn and is well known in Santa Margarita and P«30 Robles, having attended high school at the latter place.Mr. Walker is the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. G. G. Walker and holds a responsible position with the Southern Pacific Co. on the Los Angeles division.Only the near relatives, and intimate friends attended the ceremony.Out of town relatives were: Mra/Jp. W. 'Cavanagh and son, Chafes, Mr, and Mrs. F, H. Cavanagh and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Ed McNeil and children, Mr. and Mrs. R. G. Cavanagh,all of Carisa Plains; Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Nil son, Los Angeles; Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Walker and baby, Taft, Cal.; Mr. and Mrs. L. I. Walker and daughter, Coalinga; J. Iiegman and daughter, Taft; Mr. and Mrs. Lee Knight, Las Palitas.Mr. and Mrs. Walker left on No. 7H Monday afternoon for Los Angeles, where Mr. Walker goes to resume his position. A crowd accompanied them to the depot and sent them away among* shower of rice and old shoes.
