Hoplight-RifeDawn Marie Hoplight and Clifton Patterson Rife announce their engagement. The couple plan to wed in a closed ceremony 2 p.m. Aug. 14 at Community Church of Cod. A closed reception will take place at Harpersfield Fire Hall.The bride-to-be, daughter of Geraldine Constantine and Came and Steve Wimer, all of Ashtabula, graduated from Kdgewood Senior High School in 2004 and received her bachelor degree in psychology from Youngstown State University in 2008. She is employed as a counselor at Glenbeigh Hospital.Her fiance, son of Jack and Lavinia Rife of Rock Creek, graduated from Geneva High School in 2003 and served in the Navy 2004-2008. He isemployed w ith Electricians UnionLocal 673.CLIFTON RIFE and DAWN HOPLIGHT
