Mr. and Mrs. Michael Mitchell■ 4She is the former Patricia RoseMiss Rose Weds Michael MitchellHANFORD, Calif. — Patricia Elaine Rose, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Celestine Rose of Hanford, Calif., and Michael Charles Mitchell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bob Mitchell of Otley were united in marriage in the First Presbyterian church befriends. The Rev. Arthur Sueltz officiated for the double ring rites.The bride was escorted to the altar by her grandfather, Leo S. Randall, who gave her in marriage.Carrying a nosegay of lilies of the valley and white carnations, adorned with tulle and white satin streamers, the bride was gowned in white chantilly lace. The fitted bodice had a sabrina neckline, long pointed sleeves and short scalloped bouffant skirt. A simple coronet secured the seed pearl-sprinkled shoulder lengthillusion veil.sCarolyn Johnson of Armona, a close friend of the brideserved as maid of honor. She wore a beige sheath and had a white carnation corsage.Donald A. Lowe, a friend of the groom stationed at Le-moore Naval Air Station, was best man.Immediately after the wedding, festivities moved to the home of the bride’s parents for a reception.The couple has postponedtheir wedding trip, Mitchell,attached to Lemoore Naval Air Station, leaves June 20 for duty aboard the USS Constellation. IJis bride plans to continue her work as a bookkeeper for a meat packing firm. The newlyweds have settled in an apartment at 402 N. Irwin St.,Hanford, California. ♦ « - ,The bride attended high school in California and continued her education through night courses at College of the Sequoias.Mike attended schools in Pella before enlistment in the Navy in 1960.
