Fisk, son of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Fisk of Spencer Sunday afternoon, June 7, in the St. John’s Lutheran Church at Hubbard. The Rev. W. H. Schlie officiated at the double ring ceremony.Seven branch candelabra with satin bows, white mums, white gladioli and green majestic daisies enhanced the altar. The pews were decorated with pew shields of huckleberry and white satin bows.Nuptial music was furnished by Misses Lois Winter and Lyn-ette Winter, organists. Vocalists were Mrs. Jim Winter, and Mrs. Jim Granzow who sang “The Song of Ruth” and '“The Lord’s Prayer”.The bride was attired in a white floor length gown of silk organza over peau taffeta with re-embroidered Alencon lace applique and an aisle wide cha-oel train. Her elbow-length veil was attached to a crown. She carried a •prescent bouquet of white gardenias and stephanotis. The bride was given in marriage by father.Miss Mary Winter served her sister as maid of honor and bridesmaids wore Maxine Watte and Marilyn Neubauer. All the attendants wore gowns of green taffeta and floral wreath headdresses of green and white daisies. They carried crescent bouquets of green and white daisies.Miss Judy Fisk, niece of the bridegroom, was flower girl. The candles were lighted by Eldon Meyer and Richard Winter who also assisted in seating the guests along with H. J. Lichty and Floyd Breidinger. Mary Mathews was in charge of the guest book.Best man was Duane Fisk of Spencer and groomsmen were Gary Carpenter of Chicago, 111., and Don Hofsommer of Fairfield.A reception was held in Fellowship Hall following the ceremony. Assisting were Mrs. Mar-the Wolf, Mrs. Erma Heinberoth, Mrs. Greta Fisk, Mrs. Donna Lichty, Mrs. Norma Breidinger, Mrs. Joan Bauer, Barbara Breidinger, Jann Lichty, Daneice Let-tow, Marv Timm, Rollene Gideon,'Lucille Ziesman and Ruth Steinfeldt. }Mrs. Fisk is a graduate of the Hubbard^Community High School and the State College of Iowa. Mr. Fisk is a,graduate of Spencer High School and the State College of Iowa and is presently employed by the Davenport School System.Following a wedding trip to Wisconsin and Michigan the couple will reside in Davenport.Guests attended t he wedding from Hubbard, Spencer, Waterloo.
