David Dolls Soon to Leave for Stratford-on-AvonA home in Stratford-on-Avon, England, birthplace of William Shakespeare, awaits David M, Doll and his bride, the former Kathleen A. Blasi, who exchanged vows Saturday at Holy Rosary Church in Kenosha.The couple will leave Aug. 30 for England where the bridegroom has an appointment to study for his doctorate in theater at the Shakespeare Institute of the University of Birmingham at Strat-ford-on-Avon.Their parents are Mr. and Mrs. B. Luke Doll of 1028 Blaine Ave. and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Blasi of Kenosha.The Rev. John Wetstine of the Maryknoll Fathers who is stationed in Milwaukee, performed the 10 a. m. solemn high mass. The bride was escorted to the altar by her father.Her wedding dress was of silk organza over taffeta and fashioned with an embroidered trapunto round neckline with the trapunto trim repeated in the bouffant skirt. A large back pouf detailed the chapellength sweep of the gown. Her coronet crown of orange-blos som leaves held her silk illu sion veil. Phalaenopsis orchids made up her colonial bouquet.The bride’s aids were Rita Marie Ruffalo, honor attend ant, Carolyn Montemurro, Ma rian Vandenberg and Gail Wendland, bridesmaids. The young women appeared in corn flower blue cocktail length frocks designed with jackets with bishop sleeves. Their pearl cloche hats held chin veils.Philip Peter was the best man while ushering duties were performed by Frank Blasi II, Charles Seibert and Harry Mil ler.A reception was held at Dan ish Brotherhood Hall in Kenosha for 500 guestst. Afterwards, the couple left on a trip to northern Wisconsin.The bride is a June graduate of Dominican College with a bachelor of arts degree in history. Her bridegroom received both a bachelor of science degree and a master of arts degree in English, speech and theater from Marquette University.
