Lyle Billings, both of which were celebrated on the same day. The company enjoyed u Ashing trip about two miles up the river, making the trip by boats. A special feature of the outing was the elaborate’ supper, which was served at a table, bearing decorations of wild roses and- ferns, with a centerpiece of three large cakes hearing lighted candles. For an out of door affair, this waa especially delightful and the honored guests felt more than grateful for the kindness shown to them. The return trip on the river waa very pleasant as all returned, after a splendid half day's outing.
