Cedar Bluff, Vn,, June. 10. A| very unique and beautiful wedding was olobrated on Wednesday, May, 27Lb., at the Bonne of Mr. T. A. Rcpoas, whenhi* daughter, Maude, bocauie the bride of Mr. C. W. Meade, of 11 Quaker. The ceremony was performed by Bev. T.D, Stnwicr, MU* Myrtle Ult;puhb was maid of honor and Mr. Douglas Meade, best man. Other attendant a were Mina Berta Howard and Mr. Anon Johnson.The bride wan dressed in white organ*die, and wore a veil with orange blossoms, and carried white roses. The I brides-maids wore white, and carried 1 pink roses. Immediately after the ceremony the bridal party’ repaired to the dining room where a sumptuous dinner was served.The bridal party left on the west bound train for Mr. Meade's home, at H( maker, where a cordial and sumptuous reception was awaiting them.The Children's day ecrdsea at this place last Sunday proved to tie quite a success, and all present went away remarking that it was good to have lieonthere. ]iMr. W. M.
