MRS. WILLIAM IL FOLEY . . . Barbara C. BeckerFormer City Couple Wed In BloomfieldMiss Barbara Chapin Becker of Atlanta, Ga. exchanged nuptial vows with William li. Foley, also of Atlanta, in a double ring ceremony at the First Congregational Church of East Bloomfield on Saturday at 11:30 a.m.The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Willard B. Becker of 3299 W. Lake Rd. and her bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert W. Foley of 268 N. Main St. ■Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a floor-length ivnry chiffon gown fashioned with full sleeves, and embroidered wilh lavender and pink at the waistline and sleeve cuffs. A floor length veil fell from her picture hat and she carried a cascade bouquet of stephanotis and phalaenopsis orchids.Mrs. Cynthia B. Elliott of Canandaigua, sister of the bride, was matron of honor and bridesmaids were Mrs. Kim C. Michalak of Canandaigua and Miss Rosemary Davis of Laurinburg, N.C., Jacqueline Elliott was her Lower girl. They were attired in sky blue chiffon dresses with an embroidered yolk and carried pink carnations, lavender daisies, and yellow baby breath.Rodney Foley of Canandaigua was best man for his brother and ushers were Dwight Mason uf Holcomb, Michael Donnvan of Lyons, and Alan Wright of Canandaigua. Michael ilarvey of Middletown, N.J. was ring bearer.Both are graduates of Canandaigua Academy. She was also graduated from Wheaton College, Norton, Mass. and the University of North Carolina prior to teaching in the public school system at Atlanta. Her bridegroom attended the Community College of the Finger Lakes and I he University of Akron .Ohio, lie served two years in I he .Army and is presently employed hy Atlanta Leaf Construction* Co.* Tliey will be at home in Chamblee, Ga. after June 13.
