Fbostburg, Md., June 7, 1887. To the Mining Journal.A quiet wedding occurred last Sunday morning at the residence of Daniel Conrad, one mile west of this place. The contracting parties were Miss Patience, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Conrad, and Mr. Elinei 10. Bittner, of Hermitage, Pa. Your correspondent will not attempt todeseiibe the bride's outfit, not being an adept at such matters, but suffice it to say, she was tastefully attired for the occasion, as was also the groom. At 7 o'clock the parties stood up before ltev. Nathaniel Merrill, of Salisbury, Pa., and were soon pronounced man and wife. Congratulations were bestowed upon the happy couple and breakfast was announced. Hero the inner man was satisfied with the best of tho season. Immediately after breakfast the bride and groom, amid a shower of rice, entered a buggy and started for the home of the groom. We wish them success in life. One Who Was There.
