Catherine Daminy Bride Of Joseph Taschetta Jr.Catherine Anne Dominy, daugh-tor ol Mr. and Mrs. Russell Dominy of Ringstcd, and Joseph John Taschetta, Jr., son ol Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Taschetta, Sr. of Wheaton, 111., wore uni ted in marriage Monday morning, May 31 at 10 o’clock at Immaculate Conception church in Graettinger. Father Vincent Beacom perforn ed the double ring, nuptial High Mass.St. Anne’s and St, Cecelia’s choir ol Immaculate Conception church, including Rosemary Dominy, sister of the bride, sang during the mass, Miss Nancy Currans of Emmelsburg was organist.The bride wore a gown of white Italian silk fashioned in empire style with hack drape. The gown was designed by the bride anti made for her iby Mrs. Wesley Anderson of Wallingford. She wore a lace chapel veil and carried a crystal rosary on a white prayer book, a gift of the groom.Mrs. Robert 'Reuland and Miss Mavis (Long of Esthervilic, friendsof the bride, were matron of honor and bridesmaid, respectively. They wore floor length gowns of mini green taffeta with matching net cap veils fashioned around a taffeta rose. They carried cascade bouquets of pink carnations.Anthony Taschetta of Wheaton, 111. was best man and Mark Dominy of Ringstcd was groomsman. Ushers were David Dominy of Ringstcd, Robert Reuland of EsUhcrvilJe and Dennis Gruhlke of Superior.The bride's mother chose a green nuhbed profile houeSe dress with beige accessories and (lie groom’s mother wore a burnt orange sheer dacron dross with while accessories. They each wore a corsage of white carnations.A reception was hold immediately following the ceremony in the church parlors, The serving table was centered by 1ho wedding cake and floral centerpiece made by Mrs, Donald Jensen. The tables were decorated with roses in rose bowls.Mrs. Dale A. Miss Mary Jo Tindall and Miss Janet Andersen, friends of the bride were in charge of the gifts.Dining room hostesses were Mrs. Jack Kiingbeil of Eutherviile and Mrs. Eugene MeCarville of Moorland, aunts of tire bride. Mrs. Vie Kicko of Arnolds Park and Mrs. Dale Christensen of Eld ridge, aunts of the bride, presided tit the coffee services. Mrs. A. P. Laewen -bevg of Armstrong, friend of the bride, and Mrs. LaRue Wisemanof Esthervilic, aunt of the bride,cut and served the cake. Punch srivojs were Miss Jeanne Dominy of Dos Moines, aunt of the bride and Miss Josephine Dominy of Goodell, cousin of tine bride.Waitresses were Mrs. James Guffey uf Algona, Mrs. Donald Jensen, Linda and Mary Jensen of Rings) ed, Barbara Torrence of Giaettinger and Nancy Eibert of Emmelsburg.Kitchen hostesses were Mrs. Greg Elbert of Emmelsburg, Mrs. Jinny Jensen and Mrs. Roy Anderson of Rings ted, Mrs. RalphTindall and Mrs. George Torre aceof Gruel linger.Following a wedding trip to Minneapolis, Minn., they will make their home temporarily in Chicago.The bride graduated from Ring* sled High school in 1961 and Est'h-ervilhi* Junior college in 1963. She also attended Iowa State University at Amos whore she is a senior in Home Ee-Juurnalism.The groom graduated from Wheaton High school in 1961 and from Iowa State University at Ames May 29, 1965 with a degree in Electrical Engineering.Honored guests at the wedding were the bride's grandmothers, Mrs. H. L. Dominy and Mrs. J. C. Bor.old of Estherville and Mrs. Frank Dominy of Goodell.
