The Misses Florence Wartha, Clara Soukup, Clara Neuwirth and Pris'a Nicklaus were hostesses at a pretty parcel shower surprise given at the Herman Geske home on North Franklin street, last Tuesday evening, in honor of Miss Elsie Geske, who became the bride of Max Hoehne, the following day. There were 44 guests present and all enjoyed the evening immensely with games and other amusements, whereupon a light luncheon was served. Miss Geske received many beautiful and use f jl pre-nuptial gifts.
