Sheryl Wilcoxon Becomes BrideSPENCER — Sheryl Wilcoxon and Kevin Lee exchanged marriage vows May 14 in the First English Lutheran Church here. Pastor Ron Meyer officiated at the afternoon ceremony.Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Duniin WUcoxon, Spencer and formerly of Cherokee, and Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Lee, also of Spencer.Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a white polyester gown styled with an empire waistline and long sleeves trimmed in lace. Matching lace trimmed the V-neckline and hemline of the skirt which extended into a train.She also wore a lace-covered hat with lace ribbon, and carried a bouquet of white daisies, white roses, Stephanotis and blue silk flowers.Attending her sister as matron of honor was Mrs. Becky Full, Spencer. Mrs. Terrie Wilcoxon of Spencer, sister-in-law of the bride, was the bridesmaid.The attendants wore baby blue polyester halter dresses styled with an empire waistline and V-neckline. Long-sleeved, pastel jackets trimmed with ruffles completed the gowns. The women also wore white hats accented with blue ribbons, and carried long-stemmed blue sod white daisies.. Larry Lee of Spencer, brother of the groom, served as best man. David Lee of Spencer, brother of the groom, was Hlie groomsman. Wedding guests were ushered by Wayne Wilcoxon, Doug Full, Lonnie Lee and Eldon Lee.Anita Weise, Spencer, was the soloist for the ceremony, accompanied at the organ by Sharon Langner.(Ffceto by Berk’s)Mr. and Mrs.Kevin LeeAfter the ceremony, a reception was, held in the church.The bride is a 1974 graduate of Washington High School, Cherokee, and is now employed by Spencer Foods. The groom, a 1974 graduate of Spencer High School, also is employed by Spencer Foods.The couple is now at home in Spencer.
