RITA ELLEN LOTTINOMr. and Mrs. Lawrence Lottino of Dolton announced the engagement of their daughter, Rita Ellen, to Jack Sampsell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Sampsell of Dolton.Miss Lottino, a 1970 graduate of Thornridge High school, is presently employed as a secretary at Chicago Title Trust Company of Chicago.Sampsell, a 1968 graduate of Thornridge High school, served with the U.S. Navy, and is presently employed at Ingalls Memorial Hospital. He is also attending Thornton Community College, majoring in Educational Media Technology.An August 6 wedding is planned at St. Mary’s Church in Chicago.
