Miss Barbara Kraft Marries Gene PostSt. Paul’s Lutheran Church at 3 p.m. Sunday was the scene of the marriage of Miss Barbara Ann Kraft, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Kraft, Rose Creek, and Gene Post, son of Mr. and Mrs. Nuel Post, Plymouth. 111.Rev. Lester Schierenb e c k performed the ceremony a n d Mrs. Jon Nelson accompanied the soloist, Mrs. Kenneth Koenig.The bride was given in marriage by her father. She was attired in a gown of rose - patterned lace over taffeta designed with a high - rise waistline, scoot) neckline trimmed with pearls, short sleeves and floor-length controlled skirt with fullness at the back, extending into a court train. Her cloud veil of imported silk illusion was held with a crown of pearls and she carried a cascade bouquet of yellow Sweetheart roses, feathered carnations, stephano-tis and varbated ivy.Miss Judith Quam was maid of honor wearing a floor-leneth gown of maize shantastik with a scoop neckline, short sleeves, empire bodice and A-line skirt with a panel at the back, trimmed with Venise lace. A cluster of flowers held her French pouf veil and she carried a colonial bouquet of yellow Sweetheart roses, white feathered carnations and ivy.Merle Post attended the groom as bestman and Darrell Kraft and Ronald Kraft were ushers.Mrs. Kraft was attired in a navy blue dress with white accessories and corsage of pink Cymbidium orchids. The groom's mother wore a dress of aqua crepe with white accessories and corsage of pink and white Cymbidium orchids.A reception was held in Fellowship Hall of the church.For travel, the bride chose a melon - colored suit with white accessories and corsage of yellow Cymbidium orchids. She is a graduate of Rose Creek High School and St. Olaf Hospital School of X-ray Technology. The groom, a graduate of Western University, has been a high school instructor at Wau-conda. 111., and will now study for his masters degree at Missoula. Mont., where the couple will reside.
