Miss Hilda Tucker Weds Jack Riley'Miss Hilda Tucker, daughter ol Mr. and Mrs. E. M, Tucker, Cullman, became the bride ol Jack C. Riley in a simple ceremony at the Church ol Christ in Cullman Saturday afternoon, June 3, at 3:00 o’clock.Bro. M. E. Patton- read the marriage vows, using the double-ring ceremony.Mrs. Dan Hatav-ay was her sister’s only attendant. She wore a beige suit with white accessories and a corsage of white gardenias.Dan Hataway was best man.The bride chose a white palm beach suit with gray accessories. Her shoulder corsage was ol white orchids.Immediately following the. ceremony, Mr. and Mrs. Riley left for a wedding trip to the Smokies and poinls in Florida. Upon their return, they ' will’make their home in Tuscaloosa, where the groom is a law student.The bride, who received her ear-* v1y education in the Cullman schools, attended Alabama College in Montevailo, and received her i B. S. degree at A. P. I., in Auburn, where she was a member of Kappa Delta Pi sorority and active in student activities. Prior to her marriage, she held a position in the Cullman Junior High School.The son of Mrs. Mae Shaw, of Santa Monica, Calif., and Mr. Otis Riley, ol Hartford and Geneva Ala., Mr. Riley received his B. S. degree from A. Pr L While at-tending A. P. I. he served as president of Kappa Sigma fraternity lor two years, was an active member of the Debate Club, Squires, Alpha Phi Omega, Blue Key and was selected for the 1947 Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities.
