TWO WEDDINGS OCCURRED TUES.Oxford Couple Wed at Cedar Rapids Tuesday, June 6thTwo Oxford young people were joined in the holy bonds of wedlock Tuesday when Helen F. Sponar became the bride of John T. Tomash.The ceremony was performed in Cedar Rapids at 11 o’clock at the parsonage of Rev. F. C. Witzigman, pastor-of the Trinity Methodist Episcopal church. The attendants were Martha Sponar, sister of the bride, and Leonard Brack. The bride was attired in a dress of seal brown canton crepe.Mrs Tomash is the daughter of Mrs. Mary Sponar of Oxford. She attended grade and High school here, graduating from 0. H. S., after which she taught several successful terms in nearby schools.
