SKATESMiss Marie Skates, daughter ofMr. and Mrs. Walter Skates ofroute 2, Cambridge City, and William Hetisimer, son of Mr. andMrs. Howard Hetisimer of route2, Milton, were united in marriage at the Cambridge City St. Elizabeth church Saturday morning, May 26, at 8:30 a. m. Father Donald Coakley read the double ring ceremony.Miss Lucille Daniels of Milton, organist and soloist, presented a program of bridal music prior to the ,ceremony including “Ave Maria,” “On This Day O Beautiful Mother,” and the traditional ^ wedding processional and recessional.The bride chose for her wedding a white strapless ballarina length wedding gown of nylon net andsatin fashioned with net off shoulder sleeves and a full gathered skirt. She w’ore a head band of ping rose buds with a fourtiered fingertip veil. Her flowers W’ere red roses with satin streamersMrs. David Binion of .\nderson, sister of the bride, w'as matron of honor and wore a grey street length dress fashioned with V-neckline with white accessories. Her flowers were white carnations.Miss Luann Skates, niece of the bride, was flower girl and wore a light blue short dress with a flowered head hand and carried a basket of pastel petals.David Binion of Anderson, brother-in-law of the bride, was best man.Mrs. Skates, mother of the bride, wore a blue nylon dress and a corsage of white carnations. The bridegroom’s mother, Mrs. Hetisimer, wore a pink dress with matching accessories and a corsage of white carnations.A reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Skates on National Road East for the wedding party and immediate family.The couple left for a short wedding trip to Cincinnati and are at home at 125*,^ West Majn Street in Cambridge City.Mrs. Hetisimer was a graduateof the Cambridge City LincolnHigh school class of 1956 and graduated the night before her wedding. Mr. Hetisimer graduated from the Cambridge City High school class of 1954 and is employed at the Porter Marathon
