Thirty years ago when Lars Peterson was ir the livery business in Sheffield, Vincent Lawler, then a young1 school teacher painted a number of horses on the barn. For a score of years those horses were the pride and delight of the children of the neighborhood. Mr. Paterson has again opened the barn and last Saturday Mr. Lawler, now of Chicago, painted a white horse on each of the front doors with his old-time skill.
