Tsrhun^ and Miss Graoe ,?1 Zanders, both prominent teachers la the Shelby villc schools, were married at 8 o'clock Saturday night at the home of the bride's brother-in-law and sister. Mr. and Mrs. Will Cossalrt. on the Boggstown pike at the north ergo of the city. The simple marriage ceremony was performed by Dr. W. F. Wykoff. pastor of the First Methodist church, of which both are members.Just a few of the friends and members of the Immediate families were present.The home had been beautifully decorated with pot and cut flowers. A marriage altar which had been made in one of the rooms was banked with peonies.The marriage will come aa a surprise to the many friends of the couple as it came unannounced. Immediately after the marriage luncheon. Mr. and Mrs. Tarhune left for the southern part of the state, where they will reside on a farm during the summer months. They will return to the city next fall.Mr. Terhunc has been a resident of the city for 5 years. He is the proprietor of the Shelbyville business noil ego a j and the Shelby school of music. .For r the past two years ha has been instructor in the commercial department In the local high school.The bride has been a teacher in the grade schools of the city for several years.
