The Volunteer Firemen, of which organization Frank Grothouse is a member, made public his marriage to Miss Clara Krebs, this morning, in a most novel manner. They adorned the doors of his blacksmith shop on West Second street with old shoes, 'flags, etc., and most conspicuous was | a litho below which was written, “Not dead, but gone to be married. Back after the storm.’1
