Miss Ruth Coulson, of New Bridge, and Mr. Winfield 8. Capies, of Westminster, were married Thursday, May 29th, by Rev. Fred Coombs Reynolds, pastor of Strawbridge, M. E. Church, Baltimore, Md. The bride has been principal of the Morgan Run school, in Carroll County, the past two years. They reside in Baltimore where the groom holds a position.
