Old Photo AlbumIf you look at the two ladies in their black dresses and think mother-in-law, you’d be right. This post card identified the quartet, from left, as Aunt Carrie S. Redinger; Mrs. Straily, who was Carrie*s mother; Ellen (Smith) Redinger Heffner; and her son, Simon “Wesley” Redinger, who is Carrie's husband. This photo has to have been taken before 1932 when Ellen died at age 87, according to the post card. She was married first to Peter Redinger, who died in 1908 at age 65, and then to Andy Heffner. Mary Wilson, who submitted the picture, wonders if anyone knows more about the families.Ji
