Shiver,Doerhoffsay vowsSt. Peter’s Catholic Church was the setting at 1:30 p.m. Saturday for the wedding of Miss Patricia Ann Shiver to Randolph C. Doerhoff. The Rev. John Prenger officiated at the double ring ceremony.The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs Harold Ellis. 1735 Overlook Dr. The groom is the son of Mr and Mrs. Norman Doerhoff. St Elizabeth Given in marriage by her brother, Freddie J Shiver, the bride wore an organza gown trimmed with venise lace The bodice was fashioned with a high neckline and bishop sleeves.Mrs Thomas Copeland, Jefferson City, was her sister's matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Cari Skain, Mrs. Thomas Nelson, sister of the bride, Miss Debbie Sullivan, all of Jefferson City, Mrs. Harold McQueen, Shreveport, La,, and Miss Ann Doerhoff, and Miss Kim Doerhoff, both of St. Elizabeth, sisters of the groomThe attendants wore sleeveless chiffon gowns.Flower girl was Stacey Copeland, daughter of Mr and Mrs. Thomas Copeland, Jefferson City. Ring bearer was Scott Stegemann, son of Mr and Mrs Douglas Stegemann, Jefferson City.' Frederick Doerhoff, Stewartville, Minn, served as his brother's best man Groomsmen were Ronald Doerhoff, Tavares, Fla , Roger Doerhoff, Jerry Doerhoff, Alan Gerling, all of Jefferson City, Kevin Doerhoff, St Elizabeth, and Frank Proctor, Springfield.Ushers were Jeff Doerhoff, St Elizabeth, brother of the Groom. GirardMrs. Randolph C. DoerhoffKarst, Thomas Nelson and Jerry Budnik, all of Jefferson City.Mark Berendzen was the acolyte. Taking part in the offertory procession were Mrs. Ed DeCook, Leonard Doerhoff and Mr and Mrs. Don Kruse.The reception was held at the Ward-sville Lions Club Miss Becky Shiver and Mrs. Dennis Scheperle were in charge of the guest book Miss Robin Semb attended the gift table.Assisting generally were Mrs. Marie Skain, Mrs. Bill Whitener, Mrs. Loretta Erhardt, Mrs. James Lipsey, Mrs. Ray Hicks, Miss Darlene Rehagen, Mrs. Barry Chitwood and Mrs. Dennis McEl-vaine, Mrs. Robert Werdehausen and Mrs. John Sullivan.The bride is a 1974 graduate of Jefferson City High School. She is a student at the Jefferson City Public School of Practical Nursing and is employed at Charles E Still Hospital The groom is a 1970 graduate of St. Elizabeth High School and is a 1974 graduate of Lincoln University. He is employed at the Office of the Missouri State Auditor.The groom’s parents entertained Friday night with a rehearsal dinner to honor the couple.Studio
