The marriage of Mr Elmer Farrish. • Lucknow, and Miss Mary Hilda 1 Whyte, was solemnized last Wednes- 1 day at 4 p. m. by Rev. W. J. Burnett 1 at the Dromore Manse. They were' ac-j companied by their mothers. Mes 1 dames Farrish and Whyte, Miss Bena Bunston and Percy Whyte. The 1 bride was becomingly dressed in a blue poiret twill suit and cream 1 broadcloth blouse with a pretty grey 1 hat and log cabin suede shoes. She wore a corsage boquet of sweet peas and fern. Returning to her home, • they and their immediate relatives-1 partook of a dainty five o’clock tea. | • In the evening about ninety neighbors t and friends attended the reception * and spent an enjoyable evening in conversation, dancing, etc., until the M wee sma* 'oors. The bride wort a charming grey georgette gown, elab- lt;orately beaded. Her many pretty and | useful presents, expressed the best 1 wishes of her life long friends—the groom’s gift being a substantial cheque. The groom’s parents and sister. Mr.. Mrs and Miss Della Farrish and his uncle and aunt, Mr and Mrs Me-Donagh, Listowel, were present. Mr and Mrs Jas. Elliot and Mr and Mrs. Oliver Langdon of Arthur, also came up for the evening.
