v\ tfi umuneu. I tlThe marriage of Mr Elmer Farrish, ‘ Lucknow, and Miss Mary Hilda Whyte, was solemnized last Wednesday at 4 p. m. by Rev. W. J. Burnett at the Dromore Manse. They were accompanied by their mothers. Mes dames Farrish and Whyte, Miss Bena Boost on and Percy Whyte. The bride was becomingly dressed in a blae poiret twill suit and cream broadcloth blouse with a pretty grey hat and log cabin suede shoes. She wore a corsage boquet of sweet peas and fern. Returning to her home, they and their immediate relatives-partook of a dainty five o’clock tea. | In the evening about ninety neighbors i and friends attended the reception and spent an enjoyable evening in conversation, dancing, etc., until the wee sma’ 'oors. The bride wor£ a charming grey georgette gown, elaborately beaded. Her many pretty and | useful presents, expressed the best * wishes of her life long friends—the groom's gift being a substantial cheque. The groom’s parents and sister, I Mr., Mrs and Miss Della Farrish and his uncle and aunt, Mr and Mrs Me-Donagh, Listowel, were present. Mr, and Mrs Jas. Elliot and Mr and Mrs. Oliver I.angdon of Arthur, also came 3 up for the evening. Mr and Mrs. , Farrish motored to their home on Fri- j ( day.
