Miss Alice Montgomery and Captain Thomas Branigan were married at Las Cruces on June 1. The wedding was a quiet affair and only attended by a few relatives and intimate friends. Captain Branigan is well known in this city and greatly respected for his sterling qualities as a man and as a citizen. The bride is a very estimable lady who has resided in Las Cruces several years, where she has many friends. The New Mexican’s sinoerest congratulation to the happy couple.
