Elder Albert Runyan officiated.The bride, daughter of Leonard and Georgeie Pelfrey of Yuba City, was given in marriage by her father. The bride's sister, Mandy Pelfrey of Yuba City was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were the bride’s cousin, Angela Pelfrey of Yuba City, Christi Dollins of Live Oak and Tiffany Walls and Jori Applegarth, both of Sutter.Flower girls were the bride’s nieces, Nicole and Cierra Holcomb of Meridian, the bridegroom’s niece, Amber Dollins of Live Oak, Christiana Iskikian of Yuba City and Ashley Dunn of Marysville.The bride’s nephew, Mitchie Holcomb of Meridian, was ring bearer. The bride’s cousin, Karrie Russell of Sutter, and Amy Runyan of Yuba City were candle lighters.The bride is a 1993 graduate of Sutter Union High School, attended Yuba College and is a teacher at Good Shepherd Preschool, Yuba City.The bridegroom, son of Jerry and Sharon Dollins of Live Oak, had his brother, Bryan Dollins of Live Oak, as best man. Ushers were the bride’s cousins Scott Pack and Joshua Pelfrey, Brian Cooper and Brian Stevenson, all of Yuba City.The bridegroom is a 1990 graduate of Live Oak High School, attended Yuba College and is working for Sutter County,The reception was at Live Oak Community Building, Live Oak. The couple honeymooned at Fort Bragg and are planning a cruise to Mexico. They are making a home in Yuba City.
