OFFICIAL TALLY—County Democratic Chairman Zaragosa (Junior) Garcia and his secretary Maria Luisa Carreno tabulate the precinct by precinct returns as they were brought in Saturday evening by the judges of the 13 precincts involved in t he Justice of the Peace runoff election. The final tally showed 2907 votes for Judge Alberto Garcia and 1754 for challenger Hubert Adami. (Echo-News Photo)
