Timothy Wagner was organist and Edward Wagner was vocalist.Given in marriage by her parents, the bride was attired in a full-length gown of white silk organza, designed with a high collar, bishop sleeves and empire waistline. Venice lace interwoven with narrow white satin ribbon adorned the collar, ruffled cuffs and waistline. The A*line skirt featured a wide flounce of flocked organza . with a panel of Venice lace and ribbon. A detachable train was trimmed with rows of the same lacc and white ribbon. A high cloche held a full, French illusion bubble veil. She carried a colonial nosegay of white daisies, roses and carnations.Diane McMillan, Morgantown, W.Va., was her sister’s matron of honor.Steven O’Donnell was best man. Ushers were Frederick L. McMillan, brother-in-law of the bride, Morgantown, and Taylor A. Dicken, uncle of the bride.A reception followed in the church social hall. Mrs. John Brobst aiul Mrs. Taylor Dicken, aunts of the bride, cut the cake. Miss Nancy Dicken and Miss Leslie Dicken, the bride's cousins, presided at thepunch bowls.
