Married At Little Brown Church at Nashua on Sunday Afternoont!(t1(Ii!MRS. LYLE SCHMIDT-ORRAttractive in its simplicity was the marriage Sunday of Miss Lyle L Schmidt of Spirit Lake, daughter of Mrs. EUa Schmidt of Spirit Lake, and Bonnie D. Orr, son of Mrs. F. F. Phippin of Spirit Lake. The ceremony took place at 1:30 p. m. at the Little Brown Church at Nashua. Rev. Kent read the service.The bride was becoming in a beige crepe dress, trimmed in lace, with which she wore brown accessories and a corsage of gardinias.Mrs. Orr is a graduate of the Spirit Lake High school and the State Teachers College at Cedar Falls. She also attended college at Greeley, Colo. She has a career of teaching, having taught at Hibbing, Minn.; Pilot Mound, and Spirit Lake. Her teaching in the local school was at two intervals, a total of fourteen years. She possesses a pleasing personality and has many friends among both the young and old.Mr. Orr attended the Spirit lake high school, and is a graduate of the Sioux City Business college and Anderson’s School of Advertising in Chicago. He was employed at theBONNIE D. ORRformer Lindquist Motor Service here for a time, and at present is Interior Decorator in the Wolff Dept. Store at Sheldon,Following the ceremony the couple returned to Sheldon where they are at home to their friends at 1019 7th ave.
