PRETTYMr.Frid Morris And Miss Bessie Gilson Married Saturday.A very pretty home wedding characterized by its simplicity of detail was solemnized Saturday eyening at 8 o’clock at the Gilson home on West 23rd street when Miss Bessie Gilson was united in marriage to Mr. Fred Morris in the presence of the immediate relatives and a few persona) friends.The rooms were prettily trimmed with orange blossoms and greenery.The wedding altar was formed with a back ground of rosea and the bride and groom unattended appeared and were united by the Rev. T. J. Owens and in an impressive manner said the ring ceremony which made the happy young couple man and wife.The bride, a very pretty brunette was charming in a dainty white batiste gown trimmed in lace medallions a bandeau of rose buds graced her coiffure and she carried an arm boquet of bride roses. After congratulations were showered, brick ice cream and ake were served.Many beautiful presents which will add much to the beauty of their home were received. Mrs. Morris made many friends while on the clerical force at W. A. Wilson’s and she also took a prominent part in the work of the First Baptist Church and has always been popular in her circle of friends.The groom is headsawyer at Furst Kerb3r mills and enjoys the respect of scores of friends. The out of town guests were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Morris and children of Salem. Mr. and Mrs. Morris went to their home Saturday evening where they will be at home to their friends after June 15 at 1923 South N street.
