Wedding Set For June 12Miss Julia Ann Couehman and Charles William Watson III, Brazil, will be married on June 12 at 7:30 p. m. at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church.Mi»s Couehman is the daughter of Mr' and Mrs. Billy G. Couehman. 1102 Springhill Road, and parents of Mr. Watson are Mr. and Mrs. Charles W Watson, II, New Albany.The Rev. A. W. Stoneburner will perform the double-ring ceremony by candlelight and Mrs. Mary Catherine W'hite, organist, will provide the nuptial music.Dennis and Brian Watson, brothers of the bridegroom, will light the candles before the processional.The bride will be given in marriage by her father Her wedding colors will be frost blue and pastel pink.Miss Jeanette Couehman will attend her sister as maid of honor and bridesmaids will be Mrs. Nancy Eversole, Brazil, and Miss Sandy Woodsmall The little Miss Sandy Little cousin of the bride, will serve as flower girl.The bridegroom has chosen Tony Downs, Clarksville, to be his best man. Groomsmen will be John Banet. uncle of the bridegroom, and John Knaebel, both of New Albany. Mark Mercer. Speedway, and Rodney Brown, New Albany, will seat the guests.A reception for 200 guests is planned at the church immediately following the ceremony. Assisting will be Mrs. Jackie Downs, Miss Con-nie Faust. Miss Terri Richardson and Mrs. Jennifer Spriggs, sister of the bridegroom. Miss Melanie Little, cousin of the bride, will be in charge of the guest book, and Chris Watson, brother of the bridegroom will be responsible for gifts and rice.Mr. and Mrs, Watson will entertain members of the wedding party in honor of their son and his fiance at a rehearsal dinner party scheduled at 8 p.m. Friday, June 11, at the Albert Pick Restaurant Miss Couehman is a graduate of Terre Haute South Vigo High School and of Indiana State University where she was a member of Phi UpsilonOmicron, an honorary fraternity in home economics. She is a teacher at the Little Jewels Day Care Center. Brazil Mr. Watson was graduated from New Albany High School and from ISU where he was an economics major.
