4*C—SUNDAY, JUNE 2,1874 FLORENCE MOANING NViDillon Couple Speak Vows in Baptist Church' DILLON - Miss Debra Susan Singleton, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hoyt Singleton of Dillon, and Lloyd Meekins Jr. were married in a double ring ceremony at 4 p.m. on May 26.The groom is a sto of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Meekins, also of Dillon.The Rev. Frank Zedick performed the ceremony in the First Baptist Church. Wedding music was presented by Mrs. Frank Zedick, soloist; and Mrs. Alford A. Campbell,organist.The bride’s father gave her in marriage. She is a graduate of Dillon High School and is now attending Francis Marion College.The groom also graduated from Dillon High and is a graduate or Nashville Auction School in Nashville, Tenn.Miss Sheree Singleton was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were the Misses .Joy Singleton, Julie Singleton, Patricia Meekins. Debbie Meekins, Flora Lee Meekins. and Susan Hayes, all of Dillon. SallyHuggins was flower girl.Mr. Meekins was best man for his son. Ushers were Roger Meekins, Tommy Wallace, Freddie Schafer. Jeff Singleton, and Billy Price, all of Dillon,MRS. MEEKINSand David fiethea Jr. of Fork. -A reception was given at the home of the groom's parents.After a wedding trip to the mountains, the couple will make their home in Dillon.
