LEBANON COUPLE SLIP AWAY FROM THEIR FRIENDSClarence DeMott and Opal Biddle Married Tuesday—To Live on South Lebanon StreetTwo of Lebanon’s young people slipped away last Tuesday and journeyed to Danville, 111., where they were married the same day. The young people are Mr. Clarence DeMott and Miss Opal Biddle.Mr. Clarence DeMott runs a bonding car on the interurban line and has been living with his mother in the south part of the city. He owns property on east South street in which he and his wife will now begin housekeeping. Miss Biddle has been living for the past year, with her brother, Jesse Biddle of the fire department.The newly married couple returned at noon Wednesday. Until arrangements are made for housekeeping Mr. and Mrs. DeMott will live at the home of Mrs. DeMott’s brother.
