Miss Jo Ann Kearns, Smethport, Becomes Mrs. Charles E. She wore a long-sleeved bolero jacket of tulle with a banding of lace and long sleeves ending in points at the wrist. Her elbow-length veil of hand-rolled silk illusion was suspended from a half hat of lace ahd tulle embroidered wiLh seed pearls and iridescent sequins.
