Haskell of Bloomfield, la. have announced the engagement of their daughter, Shirley Jean and Lyle Eugene Garrett, son of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Garrett of near Downing, Mo.The prospective bride is a 1966 graduate of Davis County high school and her fiance graduated from Memphis high school. He is employed as a salesman by the State Commercial Insurance Co.
