IAtkinson - Whicker Wed At CentervilleThe marriage of Miss Betty Lou Atkinson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Atkinson of Centerville, to Max Whicker, son of Mr. and Mrs. Oatie Whicker of Moravia, was. performed at the parsonage of the Mission Covenant church at Centerville at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon.The Rev. Casper Bensen read the single-ring service. The maid of honor was Miss Alice Sheltoi) of Centerville and Orman Whicker, brother of the bridegroom was oest man.The bride wore a street-length dress of aqua blue ninon with white flower design and white accessories, Her corsage was of yellow roses. The maid of honor wore a light blue organdy dress with white accessories and a yellow rose corsage.The bride will be a senior in the Centerville high school this fall. The bridegroom graduated from Moravia high school in 1945 and is a farmer. After a short wedding trip the couple will be at home on a farm three -miles southwest of , Moravia.
