He is now a police officerA GARDEN WEDDING on at Vincennes Saturday, July 31 at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs.Oscar Purcell, 2736 Hulman St., is being planned by Miss Marianne Purcell and her fiance, David Jarrad, both of Vincennes. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Jarrad of Bedford.The Rev. Duane Sinn will conduct the ceremony in the presence of the immediate families and a few close friends.The couple's only attendants will be the bride’s mother and the bridegroom's brother,Michael A. Jarrad.Miss Purcell, a graduate of Wiley High School and Indiana State University, received her master's degree in counseling from ISU and is presently a counselor at Vincennes UniversityMr Jarrad attended ISU and worked as a counselor at the H.Ralph Johnston Youth Center
