j A pretty wedding was solemnized in jSt. Matthew's Church, Winnipeg, July 13th, when Barbara Iris, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Campbell, of Austin, was ! united in marriage to Mr. Herbert C. North, of Winnipeg, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. G. H. North, formerly of Pratt, Man Rev. George Calvert officiated.The bride's floor length gown was of Queen’s mauve cyphene sheer, fashioned on Grecian lines, with tucked bolero. The powder blue chapel veil was held in place with a spray of small flowers. She carried Talisman roses and blue delphiniums.Following the ceremony, a wedding dinner was held at Moore’s for the immediate friends and relatives. Mr. and Mrs. North left later by motor for Fort William and other points east. For travelling, the bride wore a suit of navy plaid sharkskin, with a navy hat. Mr. and Mrs. North will reside in Winnipeg.
