Miss L Regehr Becomes Bride of Edwin Neufeldgehr, daughter of Mr. |Regehr, and Edwin J..' Mr. and Mrs. Nic,Miss Leona Regehr, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Neufeld, son of Neufeld, were married at a charmingwedding ceremony, Saturday evening,July 18, by the Rev. J. W. Bergen, atthe home Of the bride’s parents.Both of the young people are well known here, the bride and her parents having come here from Texas about! two years ago, and residing on at ranch northwest of Shafter. The bridegroom has spent practically all his life in this community and attended the Maple school following which he was a student in Wasco high, from which he graduated in 1933. He was a member of the Maple 4-H club when it was organised and held a number of offices.' The bride wore a beautiful white crepe dress and carried a large bouquet of violets. The oeremoney was attended by about 30 persona, all be-ting members of the * nf theThe ceremony waa followed by a mily wedding dinner. After a dinner the young couple immediately lefton their honeymoon, which it waa believed would include Yoeemite and other points of interest. Upon their return here, Mr. and Mrs. Neufeld will make their home on a large ranch near Wasco.
