•V?asisi-natheIn-Lhe3a.di-ri-in*er-rv-theac-elder*za*hipier*ofub-tier;ia-ionsesofad-Club with Mrs. Clifton FlinnMiss Henderson Is Complimented At Linen ShowerMiss Mary Virginia Henderson, bride * elect of Raymond Best of Colorado Springs, Colorado, was honored at a linen shower Wednesday night at St. Joseph’s Hall with Mrs. Merlin Crowe, ^ Mrs. Charles Panzica and Mrs.J Joe E. Scroggs as hostesses.The hall was decorated withmagnolia blossoms and pink al-thea's. The table was graced withblue linen overlaid with lace. Thecenterpiece consisted of a bride’s doll and two white burning tapers. At one end of the table was a crystal punch bowl with Miss Jo Ellin Scroggs presiding.For the occasion Miss Henderson wore a white polished cotton embroidered with yellow daisies. She wore a corsage of yellow daisies.Those attending and sending gifts were: Mesdames Lottie Guil beau. Edna Linzay, W. R. Cun ningham O’dell Wood. David Sims, Dorothy Jernberg, Stacy 0. Causey, Lonnie Medaries, Ted Mahr, R. N. Slator, Joe Carrero, Bill Burroughs, Kermit Young blood, Jimmy Moody, I. L. Cau sey, Fred Salley, Phyllis Black,as hostess.Miss Dreasler was wearing a red linen dress with white polka dot collar and cuffs. Mrs. Flinn presented her with a white dahlia corsage. *In the dining room a yellow golden damask cloth covered the table. The centerpiece consisted of rose red carnations intermingled with small miniatures on white stems pertaining to a wedding. At Miss Dreasler’s place a miniature brandy glass filled with red syro - soil and a small green ivy plant served as a place card. At this time the hostess gave the wedding gift which was a set ofvari • colored after dinner coffee cups. White place cards bearing entwined hearts and a small cluster of lilies - of - the - valley enabled the other guests to find their places. *Those enjoying the luncheon with Miss Dreasler were Mrs. Clint Hanna, Mrs. Estelle Sanders, Mrs. Arnold Kilpatrick. Mrs. Malcolm LeFevre, Mrs. F. Y. Dreasler, Mrs. W. C. McKay of Archibald, Miss Louise McLawch-lin. Miss Carol Eady, Miss Dreasler and Mrs. Flinn,_Willard Boyle, Mike Nastasi, Harvard S. Nix, Nick Jungina, E. P* Machnik. Sylvan Ardoin.Also Misses Henrietta Henderson, Margaret Scroggs, Eileen Scroggs, Linda Hood, Shirley Allen, Linda Jean Guilbeau, and Carolyn Causey.
