Forhaer Gliddenite’s '' Wedding Announced;Married in Virginia13Olkkton—Mr. and Mrs. H. Aldridge of Charleston, W. Va.. have Announced the marriage of their daughter, Miss Georgcanna Aldridge, to John Wesley Ford, also of Charleston, son of Mr. and Mrs. Luther Ford of GUdden. The Rev. M. W. Castle read the ceremony March 31 at the home of the bride** parents.Th bride wore a navy blue and white traveling costume, a navy blue hat trimmed in white and a shoulder bouquet of gardenias and lilies of the valley.Miss Henrietta Aldridge, sister of tlfc 1 bride, was her ’ attendant. She wore a navy; blue frock and a shoulder bouquet of gardenias and pink sweet peas. Mark C. Harpe was best man.Following the ceremony, a reception was held. Mrs. Marion Beckwith, Misses Margaret Scott and EDinma Lou Higginbotham assisted in serving.After the reception, Mr. and Mrs. Ford left by auto for Cincinnati, Ohio.Mrs. Ford Is a member of the 1930 graduating class at Charleston High School. Mr, Ford was graduated from Glidden High School and attended Kanawha College. He is employed in the laboratory at the Carbide and Carbon Chemical Corporation in South Charleston.
