Bivins, of Washington City. After the marriage the young couple received the blessing of Curdinul Gibbons. The father of the bride is a son of Mrs. W. It. Bivins of this city, and a brother of W. It. Bivins of Steveus Pottery. The bride was a belloof the national capital and said to be beautiful, and the groom is a gentleman of great wealth.
